A well-managed procurement (i.e., sourcing materials with the right specifications at the right time to ensure timely delivery) is a major contributing factor to success. Over the years, RED has built up strong ties with various suppliers of construction equipment, materials and services, both in the Netherlands and abroad. As a result, timely delivery of materials and equipment is always guaranteed. This is why many of our project partners ask us to handle procurement as well. As long as the technical specifications and quality demands are met, we are open to discuss collaboration and co-development with partners.
