Sonate Bolero is a residential tower in The Hague's city centre. Due to the limited building space available, constructing the high-rise building posed unique challenges. RED optimised the structure of the tower by merging the façades into the structure of the superstructure during the tunnel process – a first in the industry. This method allowed the building to be constructed without the need for scaffolding. Thanks to the use of a special concrete pump we were able to build the superstructure with maximum efficiency.
